The giant of africa, BABA mtn, have introduced 4G LTE after the discovering of the other network like Glo(data network) and Etisalat(stingy network).This introduction of mtn 4g lte will give a lot of benefit to mtn users.

                                             BENEFIT

  1. Mtn users will be able to browse the internet at a fastest speed
  2. It connect faster unlike 2g and 3g mode because 4g mode is 100 times faster than 3g mode and 200 times faster than 2g mode.
  3. It is easier to use.
  4. It also saves time.
Note: All what have mentioned above will only work when you are whithin 4g lte coverage, it wont work in an area where there is no mtn 4g lte network.

Lte(long term evolution)stands for for the 4th generation telecommunications technology have a very high data speed.with LTE you can can enjoy HD videos, streaming(especially for those that like watching live football will gain a lot from this)video and voice call more faster.

      How to check if your smartphone can allowed 4G service

  • Text an sms by sending 4g to 131
  • If your smartphone is compatible you will receive a message like this; Yello! your device is 4g ready but you need to upgrade your sim from 3g to 4g please kindly visit any nearest mtn shop aroud you to carry out this process,thank you.
  • But if your phone is not compatible you will have to upgrade your device and sim to be able to enjoy the 4g lte by visisting any nearest mtn shop around you.
After confirmation that your sim and smartphone is compatible with 4g network, you can now dial *444# to choose any 4g data plans. Below are some 4g data plans.
  • 100MB for 500naira (Valid for 7 days).
  • 150MB for 499naira (valid for 24 hours). 
  • 200MB for 1000naira(valid for 30 days).
  • Unlimited data for 36,999naira(valid for 30 days).
  • 42GB for 66,499naira(valid for 12 months).
  • 10GB 6,000 naira(valid for 30 days).
  • 15GB 10,000 naira (valid for 30 days).

  JAMB CBT Centres To Have CCTV Cameras Ahead Of 2017 UTME The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced that all computer-based centres to be accredited for the registration of 2017 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), must have Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras. *Mr. NAIJAMISSION Carez!* JAMB Registrar, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede disclosed this at an interactive meeting held at the University Of Lagos, with the operators of CBT centres drawn from across the federation.
